Can Picafort - Mallorca

Can Picafort is a tourist area with an important offer of accommodation, basically of beachside hotels. Contrary to many of the resorts arisen on the island along the beaches in the last decades, it is not only a holiday resort. Can picafort is, additionally, a village with the peculiarities and the normal life of a small coastal town. Its history is documented since 1860, its centre being the oldest one, with its simple houses with wide terraces, that grew starting at the jetty, where nowadays the marina is located.
